The house
Having been fully and carefully restored, the Hirondelle Jerôme offers a living roomspacious, measuring 60 m² on the ground floor, designed to combine authenticity, comfort and modernity. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with high-quality materials and modern amenities. Each space has been designed to make you feel at home as soon as you arrive.
The living room
An air-conditioned lounge area welcomes you. The perfect blend of relaxation and escape, featuring a cosy lounge, an intimate reading corner and a TV nook perched on a stretched net.
The kitchen
The air-conditioned kitchen area opens onto the living room, fully equipped and integrated. You will find everything you need: oven, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc.
Everything you need to cook with peace of mind, whether it's for a quick breakfast or a convivial dinner.
Bedroomsand bathrooms
The cottage has three air-conditioned bedrooms comfortable, spread over two floors and three bathrooms.
On the ground floor, the 'Nid des sommets' room with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, the Tropical Cocoon Room with its en-suite bathroom and reading nook opening onto the living room

Toilets
2 separate toilets are available in the holiday cottage in addition to the one in the ‘Nid des Sommets’ bedroom. One on the ground floor in the hall. The other upstairs, handy for accessing the bedrooms. Optimal layout for the comfort of all occupants.
The garden
Nestled in the heart of the countryside, L’Hirondelle Jérôme is surrounded by a a plot of 6,000 m² unfenced, offering a green and peaceful setting. A large free car park is available next to the cottage.
Swimming pool
Enjoy a private 8×4 m swimming pool, with a flat bottom (1.40 m deep) and secured by an alarm. It offers unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside and is an exceptional place to relax.
The ideal setting to cool off, relax or sunbathe in peace and quiet.
The Terrace
It is adjoining the living room and features a dining area and a plancha, perfect for summer meals.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation. La localisation est exceptionnelle : un cadre calme, en pleine nature, idéal pour se ressourcer tout en profitant des nombreuses activités touristiques et des magnifiques sites à découvrir dans la région.
Le gîte est très spacieux et parfaitement adapté à une famille de six personnes. Les espaces intérieurs sont confortables, bien aménagés et le mobilier est de qualité. La climatisation a été un véritable atout compte tenu des fortes chaleurs de cet été. Les trois chambres sont joliment décorées et disposent chacune de leur propre salle de bain fonctionnelle, ce qui est très appréciable.
Le véritable point fort du gîte reste toutefois ses espaces extérieurs. La grande piscine est très agréable et parfaitement entretenue. Quant à la vaste terrasse, elle est tout simplement exceptionnelle : sa taille, ses transats et sa vue magnifique en font un lieu idéal pour se détendre. Les parents peuvent s’y relaxer pendant que les enfants profitent de l’espace pour jouer en toute tranquillité.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’accueil des propriétaires, qui sont très sympathiques, disponibles et facilement joignables en cas de besoin. Leur gentillesse et leur réactivité contribuent grandement à la qualité du séjour.
En résumé, un lieu de vacances idéal, alliant confort, calme, nature et équipements de qualité. La région est magnifique et regorge de lieux à visiter. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
